Invoices that repeat
A subscription, a rent, a monthly retainer: set up once, the document appears on its cadence — with the same validation and the same national shape as an invoice written by hand.

Reminders that chase
Overdue receivables are not collected in a list, they are addressed — in the customer's language and in the tone you set. Anyone who has paid stops being chased; that is the part spreadsheets get wrong.

Rules that act
When this happens, do that: a payment received, a document overdue, a new job — each can trigger an action instead of landing on somebody's list. What a rule did is readable afterwards; automatic actions with no trace are worse than none.

Approvals before anything leaves the building
An estimate above a certain size, a credit note, an invoice to a delicate customer: somebody has to agree before it goes out. Workflows give every task an owner and a date — and the approval records who granted it.
Where it starts
- These four tools belong to the Business plan and above. The sole trader on the entry plan does not need them — and nothing is taken out of their accounting in exchange.
- No bulk batch processing and no automatic fetching of bank transactions. Both are laid out and not released, so neither is advertised here as available.

Which plan do the automation tools start with?
From Business upward. The Starter plan keeps the whole of the accounting — recurring invoices, reminders, rules and approvals begin one step above it, and nothing is taken out of a sole trader's books in exchange.

Yes, by email, in the customer's language and in the tone you set. Anyone who has paid stops being chased. There is no post and no SMS.

Can you see afterwards what a rule did?
Yes. Every automatic action is recorded with what triggered it and what it did, and is readable in the product. Automation with no trace is worse than none.
