For accountants
Your whole portfolio on one screen.
One plan, one price, and every figure applies to the practice rather than to a client. Each client remains a business of its own, with its own books and its own owner.
The work
One morning instead of thirty
Carrying thirty clients means spending the morning finding out which three need attention. That morning is the screen: every client with receivables, payables, overdue amounts, last activity, the practice member responsible and any open requests — and one click into their books.
- The entire client portfolio on one screen
- Switch between clients inside the product, with no second sign-in
- Request documents from a client and follow what arrives
The engagement
The client grants the access, and the client ends it.
A practice reaches a client's books through an engagement the client granted, can see at any time, and can end without the practice's agreement. A practice never inherits a client's team, subscription or ownership. That is the assurance you can pass on to your clients.

Run your clients.

A command centre for a portfolio of client businesses.
€249.00 per month
€2,490.00 a year — twelve months for the price of ten
plus applicable taxes
The practice plan is not currently sold to new customers. Existing practices continue unchanged — get in touch if you are setting one up.
- As many people as you need
- Run as many companies side by side as you need — each with its own subscription
- Whole client portfolio on one screen
- Client businesses under one account
- Document requests to the client
- Assigned practice member per client
- Access only where the client authorises it
- Switch client inside the product
What clients pay
Each client has a subscription of their own.
This price is for the practice and the work it does. A client is a business of its own, with its own books and its own owner, and pays its own subscription at its own plan's price — a practice buys neither its clients nor discounts on their behalf. What you pay for here is your tooling.
