One overview across every company
Receivables, payables, what is overdue and the latest movement in each company, side by side, with a click into any of them. What is deliberately absent is a total across all of them: two companies may keep books in different currencies under different law, and a figure spanning them would mean nothing.

Rights per person and per area
Not five fixed roles for everybody, but a decision about who sees which area in which company and who may act there. The bookkeeper of one entity does not need to see another's figures — and then does not see them.

One subscription per company — and why that is the honest shape
Each company has a subscription of its own; qualifying additional companies of the same owner are charged at a reduced rate shown on the pricing page. What the higher plan sells is the infrastructure for running several — not the companies themselves. A plan that promises “five companies” and then bills per company has a hidden fee in it.

Different countries, different rules
A German and a Canadian entity side by side mean two country modules, two tax logics, two invoice shapes — and no blending. The German company produces ZUGFeRD; the Canadian one never sees it.
What comes with it
- Multi-company operation starts on the Scale plan: up to five companies operated together, and up to fifteen on Enterprise. Those limits are enforced, not merely advertised.
- No consolidated accounts and no cross-company reporting. What is missing is missing on purpose: consolidation is an exercise with rules of its own, and an unexamined total would be worse than none.
- A company in Poland cannot be added for as long as nothing is sold there. The other five countries can be mixed freely.

Does one subscription cover several companies?
No. One subscription covers one company; each additional one needs its own, at a reduced rate for companies of the same owner. The plan decides how many companies you may operate together.

How many companies can I operate together?
Up to five on Scale and up to fifteen on Enterprise. The practice plan is separate: there the subject is client engagements, not companies of your own.

Can the companies sit in different countries?
Yes, in five of the six — Poland excepted, because nothing is sold there. Each company follows its own country module; there is no shared tax logic spanning borders.
